Carol Hatton-HolmesCarol Hatton-Holmes - Principal & Co-Owner
Carol spent the first 20 years of her working life in Corporate America. She held various positions with IBM, SunGard, GTE and Sprint in national account management, human resources and technical service. She has her B.S in Education from Penn State University and has done post graduate work at Villanova University. In 2011, Carol started her own company to assist individuals and organizations on all things generational, including reversal of employee turn-over and succession planning. Volunteer work is important to Carol. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Amazing Connections Network, is on the Membership Committee for the National Association of Women Business Owners and taught for 7 years at the Young Entrepreneurs Academy. In 2014, Carol partnered with Tori Goodrich to create Gener8tional Connections. As the need has grown for assisting clients with life transitions, we have expanded Gener8tional Connections to work with clients in providing a seamless experience with their physical move into their next life transition with our concierge move management services. This multi-faceted approach works specifically with the emotional, organizational and physical challenges of downsizing, re-homing and creating the perfect new space for your next phase of life. |

Tori Goodrich
Victoria Goodrich, MLC - Principal & Co-Owner Tori has worked in the corporate world for the past twenty years. She held senior positions with SEI, ITI, Grafix, and Burgess Communications working with sales teams, administrative and marketing staff, and reporting directly to the CEOs and presidents. In 2004, she left the corporate world to follow her passion in assisting companies and specific hig- level clients in business and life coaching. As a Master Life Coach, Tori has specialized in the areas of Clarity and Goal Setting, Motivation and Time Management, Communication Skills, Career Reinvention and Organization Techniques as well as Stress Management and Balance. In 2014, Tori combined her talents with Carol Hatton-Holmes to create Gener8tional Connections. As the need has grown for assisting clients with life transitions, we have expanded Gener8tional Connections to work with clients in providing a seamless experience with their physical move into their next life transition with our concierge move management services.
